Jacqueline Jossa pretended to have a mum meltdown moment in front of her daughter Mia after spilling coffee all over her kitchen counter.

The former EastEnders star, 27, admitted that it's "hard being a mum sometimes" as her two-year-old girl was confused as to why she was crying.

Jac - who tied the knot to former TOWIE star Dan Osborne in 2017 - took to video sharing app TikTok as she showed fans that being a mum is not always sunshine and rainbows.

The clip showed the mum-of-two tell fans: "Oh God I look like bad stuff today, bad stuff today," as she sorted her hair out.

But she was then forced to rush over to her kitchen counter after her takeaway cup spilled coffee all over the table.

Panicking at the mess, Jac yelled "Oh no!" before rushing over to clean it up.

As she wiped down the mess, Jac could be heard saying: "It's good, all good with me."

Jac then pretended to burst into tears in front of Mia, who was confused as to why her mum was crying.

After Mia quizzed her mum on what spurred-on the tears, Jac said: "Why am I crying? It's just hard being a mum sometimes y'know."

A confused Mia showed a completely bewildered look on her face at her mum's candid response.

Sharing the adorable clip with her 3 million Instagram followers, Jac penned: "Mums...do you feel? [laughing face emoji] Completely unplanned by the way."

Naturally, the honest post saw a lot of fellow mums flock to the comments section to share their parenting experiences.

One mum wrote: "Being new to mum life this was legit me the other day. I appreciate this a lot."

Another agreed, writing: "Literally me all day everyday," alongside a laughing emoji.

A third penned: "Omg this is me at the moment."

While a fourth added: "Mum life at its best. You know the drill!"
