Jacqueline Jossa has revealed she loves the new 10pm curfew - because it means she can head home early from nights out.

Jungle Queen Jac laughed that it's her "dream" to have to go home by a certain time so she can get cozy and put the telly on.

"The 10pm curfew...Ah! That's literally my dream," the star enthused, dishing out her wisdom.

"Get in, 10pm, still watch a bit of telly. I'm not a granny, but listen. It is what it is.

"You can still enjoy your night and finish at 10pm."

As of today, bars, pubs and restaurants will have to close shop at 10pm as a measure to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

While many have slammed the measures and questioned how effective they are, Jac's definitely a fan.

The mum-of-two - hailed by fans as "the most natural woman on Instagram " - has recently been on a fitness kick, telling fans that it's about health and not crafting "the perfect body."

She recently dished out a fresh dose of workout inspo as she documented her new workout regime - which only takes five minutes a day.

The former EastEnders star has teamed up with Arla Protein, eating one of their protein yoghurts for breakfast and taking on their 20 workout challenge.

The challenge sees Jac get her heart pumping with 20 five-minute workouts across 20 days in Arla's 20 For 20 Challenge.

She wrote: "Want you all to know you can do it, if I did!! This isn’t about losing weight or getting the perfect body, but listen, we are getting moving and exercise is SO IMPORTANT, I have neglected working out so this is giving me a push!!"

An insider recently told new! magazine that Jac "doesn't want to be skinny and wants to fly the flag for normal women" but that she wants to "be confident, knowing she's worked hard to hone her body."

She's urging women to ditch unrealistic standards and embrace their "real" bodies during her fashion campaigns with InTheStyle.

She penned: "My tips of how to get a bikini body:/1 put on a bikini/2 don't pay any attention to what anyone else thinks!

"Amen!"

Jac continued: "Absolutely loved working with @inthestyle and being able to do things my way, bring out collections for all of us and also involve so many beautiful, real women!
