Jacqueline Jossa has given fans a fresh dose of workout inspo as she documented her new workout regime - which only takes five minutes a day.

Jungle Queen Jac, who's earned heaps of praise for her refreshing body honesty and confidence, assured fans that she wasn't looking to craft herself "the perfect body."

Rather, she wants to work up a sweat everyday to keep herself fit and healthy.

The former EastEnders star has teamed up with Arla Protein, eating one of their protein yoghurts for breakfast and taking on their 20 workout challenge.

The challenge will see Jac get her heart pumping with 20 five-minute workouts across 20 days in Arla's 20 For 20 Challenge.

"No I am not doing a fitness DVD," she captioned snaps in her workout gear, "I am working with @arlaprotein doing 20 work outs over 20 days!!

"Guys they are super doable and easy to follow. Working at our own pace with the help of @louisrennocks.

"The first 5 minute workout is on the @arlaprotein insta so go check it out and let me know how you do!!"

She added: "Want you all to know you can do it, if I did!! This isn’t about losing weight or getting the perfect body, but listen, we are getting moving and exercise is SO IMPORTANT, I have neglected working out so this is giving me a push!!

"I watched and followed the work out this morning and Mia even joined in too. #20for20challenge #adventure. Love you guys."

After she'd done the workout, she filmed herself panting and told the camera: "Guys, I've literally just done the workout with Mia.

"It's literally five minutes long. I'm out of breath, because I'm atrocious.

"If I can do it, you can do it!"

She went on: "It's a really fun way of getting fit...starting to super easy, and gradually getting there!"

An insider recently told new! magazine that Jac "doesn’t want to be skinny and wants to fly the flag for normal women" but that she wants to "be confident, knowing she’s worked hard to hone her body."

And she's even delved into fashion as she launches a line of swimsuits with InTheStyle, urging women to ditch unrealistic standards and embrace their "real" bodies.

She penned: "My tips of how to get a bikini body:/1 put on a bikini/2 don't pay any attention to what anyone else thinks!

"Amen!"

Jac continued: "Absolutely loved working with @inthestyle and being able to do things my way, bring out collections for all of us and also involve so many beautiful, real women!
