Former Eastenders actress Jacqueline Jossa left her daughter Mia in stitches after doing the school run in her swimming costume amid the recent heatwave
Jacqueline Jossa completed the school run in her swimming costume, much to daughter Mia's amusement
Jacqueline Jossa left her young daughter Mia in stitches earlier this week after completing the morning school run in her swimming costume.
With Britain basking in its highest temperatures since records began, the former Eastenders star came up with the novel way of remaining as cool as possible whilst out and about.
In a clip posted to her Instagram story, the 29-year old joked: "Yes, I am in my swimming costume, obviously with shorts on.
"It's the hottest day in the world and life in general, what do you want from me?"
Four-year old Mia, who hadn't noticed how her Mum was dressed until that point, began to laugh before quipping: "You’re hurting my life!"

Jacqueline said Mia was in a strange mood
Confused Jacqueline responded: "I'm hurting your life? How?"
As Mia continued to laugh, the actress exclaimed: "This child… and you know what’s really weird? She said I was the boss.
"Usually she's the boss and she really is the boss. She's in a strange mood today."
Jacqueline, who shares Mia and Ella, 7, with TOWIE husband Dan Osborne, then killed time with her youngest as they waited for the school gates to open by playing drawing faces on their tablet. With the car's air conditioning on, of course.
Later in the day, meanwhile, Jacqueline made the most of the sunshine with her family in the garden.
She was spotted cooling off in a swimming pool alongside the family.
"Beautiful day in the sun," she told her 3.5 million Instagram followers.
"I had a moment to myself while the kids where at school and then back home to chill in the cold tub.
"Keeping the kids cool."
Slipping into a black and white bikini set, Jacqueline also made time for a brief dip by herself.

On Thursday, meanwhile, she shared a snap of her girls in their uniform, captioned: "Schools out for summer."
Fans were quick to offer their best wishes to the family with one commenting: "Hope you all have a lovely summer and enjoy doing days out or whatever you plan to do.
Another wrote: "Beautiful girls, Jac. Enjoy."
