The Undoing's Hugh Grant said he's still close to Bridget Jones co-star Renée Zellweger.
In fact, he admitted she's one of the few actresses he's not fallen out with over the years.
Fans fell in love with the pair when they starred opposite each other in the Bridget Jones franchise.
Hugh played charming womaniser Daniel Cleaver who was Bridget Jones' cheating boyfriend before she meets her dream match Mark Darcey AKA Colin Firth.
The actor, 60, gushed he loves Renée and divulged the pair send each other lengthy messages.
He said on SiriusXM's The Jess Cagle Show : "I love Renée. Uh, she's one of the few actresses I haven't fallen out with...
"And, we, we got on very well together and, we still exchange long emails."
The Notting Hill hunk joked Renée's messages were certainly lengthy at 70 pages each.
He added: "Hers in particular, at least 70 pages each, interesting stuff, but quite hard to decipher.
"She's a properly good egg and a genius. Did you see her Judy Garland? About as good as acting gets."
Hugh and Renée have stayed in touch since the first movie in 2001; their friendship has only blossomed.
However, the actor chose to opt out of the third movie Bridget Jones's Baby.
He's spoken out to say he felt his seductive character Daniel didn't fit the new narrative for the third movie.
Most recently, Hugh starred opposite Nicole Kidman in thriller HBO series The Undoing.
