Heavy D was recording videos for fans before his death.
The Celebrity Big Brother star - real name Colin Newell - died at the age of 43, this week, his friend has confirmed.
British TV personality Heavy D gave his admirers a chance to own a personalised clip filmed by himself for £20 through website Memmo.
On his page, he uploaded a clip to entice fans to order footage from him as he urged his fans "to have some fun."
The bubbly star says in the video: "This is a message from me Heavy D aka The Boominator.
"I am just here to let you know I am on Memmo so you can create any personalised video message from me to wind anyone you want up send them happy birthday however you want the message I will say it boom lets have some fun!"
Heavy D penned on his bio on the page: "I am Heavy D aka THE BOOMINATOR made famous from shows such as Storage Hunters, Celebrity Big Brother and AFTV."
And revealing that people who purchased the clips were happy with the results, several left glowing reviews on his page.
One happy customer penned: "Hi mate, you sent over a video for my mate Dan. Thank you so much. You made his and his partners night. Legend! Your more than welcome to join us in lovely somerset to watch the game next weekend or any time for a beer. I messaged on Instagram."
Another added: "Cheers man! It'll make his day!"
The sad news of Heavy D passing away was shared on social media by his pal Nick Nevern.
Nick tweeted: "I’m very shocked & saddened to hear of the passing of my friend @HeavyHeavyd.
"u lived ur life the way u wanted to & f**k anyone who didn’t like it! U always brought a smile to my face bro & lifted any room you where in. #RIPHeavyD."
One of Heavy D's family members told Mirror Online that he had been missing for two weeks before his death.
Heavy D was a devoted Arsenal fan and regularly gave interviews on AFTV, with the channel tweeting about the news of his death.
A post on the AFTV Twitter page read: "We are shocked to hear the sad news that Heavy D has passed away today. Our condolences go to his family at this very sad time. #RIPHeavyD."
No more details about his death were available.
Heavy D was best known for appearing on Storage Wars and for his stint on CelebrityBig Brother in 2016.
In recent years, Heavy D appeared to have had a tough time.
He appeared on an episode of Judge Rinder in 2018 to address a dispute with his landlord.
The landlord was claiming the reality star had cause £5,000 of damage to his property, while Heavy D disputed the amount and demanded £8,000 for loss of earnings caused by a negative story the owner had sold to the press.
During the show, Judge Rinder asked why he was not able to pay for two months rent despite his celebrity status.
Heavy D explained he had been struggling to find work after CBB.
He told Judge Rinder: "The work had dried up.
