Harry Redknapp says his wife Sandra was left mortified by his actions in the I'm A Celebrity shower.
The famous football manager, 73, was crowned King of the Jungle in 2018, with viewers falling in love with him and his love for Sandra.
They've been dubbed relationship goals, but it's clear they sometimes still do something that upsets the other.
Speaking to his campmate Fleur East on her podcast The Reality of Reality TV, Harry revealed his gross shower habit that left Sandra embarrassed.
Harry said it was his campmates that kept him going every single day.
And he laughed when he looked back on the showers he took alongside Fleur.
He said: "I'd wake up in the morning, you'd be awake and we'd go have a shower, I mean, I still laugh about that terrible.
"The worst thing that happened was when Sandra said to me, 'What did you do when you was having a shower with Fleur?'
"I went, 'What do you mean what did I do?' She said, 'When you was having a wash and you were washing your backside and you gave Fleur the soap'.
"I said, 'No I never!' She said, 'You did!' Anyway I've seen that plenty of times since and she was right. You were so nice, you saw what I was doing and you still took the bleeding soap off me.
"Sandra went, 'I was so embarrassed Harry, when you did that'. I didn't know I'd done it."
Fleur laughed: "We'd been living together for so long by that point I think I just wasn't phased by anything.
"I'd had cockroaches everywhere, I wasn't bothered."
Harry also confessed during the chat how some of his fans suspected he was cheating on Sandra when he was spotted in Australia ahead of his jungle stint.
He told Fleur: "The whole thing was strange, getting to Australia and being taken to a hotel with a lady looking after me, Tina.
"People were coming up to me going, 'Hello Harry, how you going? We're from London, we're big West Ham fans. Oh, is this your wife?'
"'No, it's not my wife, no'. And they're going, 'What you doing here?' I can't say 'well I'm here to do I'm A Celebrity' because you mustn't tell anybody.
"So they think I've got a strange bird out in Australia I turned up with, then going out to a restaurant with her for dinner.
"The bloke who runs the place, he's from Croatia, and he's going 'Ah Redknapp, you're my favourite football coach'."
The man offered to buy Harry a drink, and asked what he and his wife would like.
When Harry said the woman wasn't his life, the man said back to him: "Ah don't worry Harry, I'm a man of the world, I understand, don't worry."
Fleur asked Harry, who had never even seen I'm A Celeb, signed up to do the show, and he cheekily confessed it was all about the paycheque.
"Because they paid me loads of money, Fleur," he said. "I can't think of any other reason.
"They went 'I'll give you this' and it kept going up so I said 'go on then'."
Harry said he thought he'd have a lovely holiday with Sandra after a couple days in the jungle, but of course, went on to win.
Harry also spoke about an arrogant comment that came from Noel Edmonds as presenters Dec Donnelly and Holly Willoughby came into the jungle to announce who would be going home after a public vote.
He explained: "Noel Edmonds, who was sitting at the back with me, he covered his mic up and he went, 'Harry, this don't concern me and you. Me and you won't be going anywhere tomorrow that's for sure'.
"And the next day he was the first one voted out wasn't he?
