Great British Bake Off contestant Laura Adlington has been revealed as one of the 12 home-bakers competing on the 2020 series.
The 31-year-old is hoping to win over judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith with her tasty treats - which she likes to showcase on her Instagram page.
And the kitchen whizz has also opened up about her struggle with anxiety on social media, prior to signing up to the hit series.
The blonde has shared her story online and has urged her followers to speak openly about their mental health battles.
In one post she uploaded an image of a sign read: "Metal wellness is not fight club We can talk about it."
She penned next to the offering: "This I think it's so important we talk more openly about our mental health and end the stigma surrounding it. I've struggled with anxiety for a long time.
"My mental health isn't perfect, but that's ok. I'm still working on it. If you're feeling anxious or depressed, please know that it's ok, and that you're not alone."
She also added a number of hashtags to the brave post.
