Glitches, plumbing issue delaying Georgia vote count
The presidential race in Georgia is too close to call with a surplus of absentee ballots still yet to be counted. A burst water pipe at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta where votes are being processed was one of a few issues the state is dealing with. Mark Strassmann reports.
