Georgia, North Carolina remain too close to call
Georgia and North Carolina typically lean Republican in the presidential election, but in 2020 they're considered toss-ups. Mail-in votes still need to be counted before a winner can be declared. CBS News campaign reporter LaCrai Mitchell looks at what these states mean for both candidates.
