Gemma has had a remarkable turnaround in fortunes when it comes to her weight in recent months, revealing that she has been on a strict diet and exercise regime to get her into this remarkable shape.

The GC has also shared, more controversially, that she has turned to Skinnyjabs to help with her progress, despite them being labelled "life threatening" if they are not prescribed by a doctor.

Gemma has publicly thanked the Skinnyjabs team for their help in keeping the weight off, after she had made huge strides in changing her fortunes on this front.

Speaking to The Sun, nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert said: "Any form of self-injection can be risky and an area that only your GP or health professional can advise you on, risk of infection, place of injection, the dose inside."
