Gemma Collins has been showing off her sculpted new jawline after undergoing a cosmetic procedure to dissolve her chin fat.
The former TOWIE diva sought professional help to shape the skin on her lower face following her recent three stone weight loss.
Posing for her latest selfie, the star proudly flaunted the results of the pricey treatment that she gushed had left her feeling 'ten years younger'.
The snaps were taken at E Pellicii's restaurant in East London, where Gemma, 39, treated her nephew to a birthday lunch along with the rest of her family.
After tucking into the delicious Italian food, the reality star managed to grab a picture with the owners.
Thanking them for their hospitality, the GC shared on her Instagram : "Was so nice to bring my nephew in for his birthday and you just make it so special for everyone. thank you so much."
Many fans responded in the comments to compliment Gemma on her altered appearance.
"You look so beautiful on this picture!" one told her.

Earlier in the week, Gemma admitted to undergoing a £350 injection to dissolve the fat in her chin.
She was forced to come clean when fans accused her of using Instagram filters to achieve her flawless photos.
"Yes my face has changed, but I'm feeling good," she told her eagle-eyed followers.
"I just wanted to show you that this is me, this is how I look. There's been a few comments recently about filters but I have been having amazing face treatments done.
"Moisturising, skin tightening, I had a little injection in my chin to take some fat out of my chin. It's all been done by the London Aesthetics company."
She went on: "I've been seeing a lot of people saying 'you've got a filter'. Honey, this ain't no filter! This is me. My authentic self. I have just been looking after myself a lot recently and loving myself. I'm a Queen at the end of the day. This is how I look. There is no filter on here. This is a normal video."
