Game Demos, A Beta Announcement, And Other Things Will Be Made At The Call Of Duty: Next event

In addition to information about Call of Duty: Warzone 2, Modern Warfare 2, and Warzone on mobile, Activision Blizzard has revealed Call of Duty: Next, a streaming session. On September 15, the presentation will premiere, and the public beta for Modern Warfare 2 will follow.

Activision Blizzard describes Next as “a period was a time brand event highlighting the future prospects of Call of Duty” when it was first revealed on the Call of Duty blog. At the time of writing, no exact time has been disclosed.

Two rounds of open betas for Modern Warfare 2’s online feature will be held after the occasion. The first set, from September 16 to 20, will only be available on the PlayStation, while the second, from September 22 to 26, will be cross-platform and feature crossplay.

Those who pre-order the game will be given early access; complete instructions on how to navigate the beta can be found on the Call of Duty site.

After countless rumors, it was officially revealed that Infinity Ward would be creating a follow-up to the Modern Warfare sub-series reboot from 2019. On October 28, as part of E3, we received our first look at players, which included a longer narrative experience.

Earlier this year, a whole new Call of Duty: Warzone was revealed. It will have an “all-new play area and a new sandbox mode” and will be created by Infinity Ward. Additionally, it will be created on the brand-new engine created for Modern Warfare 2.

Given that the Call of Duty game for 2023 will be published in 2024 and that the brand may no more be a yearly franchise as a result of Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard, this may also be the last Call of Duty game.

Activision Blizzard is reportedly dedicated to keeping the upcoming three Call of Duty games multiplatform, according to rumors.
