Ben Haenow has revealed that he’s expecting his first child with wife Jessica.

The former X Factor winner, who championed the talent show in 2014, took to Instagram to share the heartfelt news on Tuesday.

The 35-year-old singer posted a tear-jerking video of the couple’s baby scan.

Proving that he’s a true musician, Ben took the opportunity to create a ‘tune’ from his unborn baby’s heartbeat as he remarked that he and Jessica have been creating something wonderful.

Alongside the emotional clip, the expectant dad revealed that creating life is the best thing to ever happen to him.

“So, me and my beautiful wife have been working on a new release for next year” he began.

“Jessica and I made this new little beat together!

"It’s a stonker!! by far the best thing I’ve done ever and we couldn’t be more excited. #familyiseverything #overthemoon #mybaby".

Fans and friends alike rushed to share their congratulations with the expectant parents.

One Instagram user penned: “Yes mate! The daddy club is where all the fun is at!!”

While a second echoed: “Your life is now only just about to begin. So happy for you two!”.

Meanwhile, a third fan gushed: “The best news I’ve heard throughout 2020. You will be the best dad ever.”

Ben and Jessica have been married for almost four years after the lovebirds tied the knot in a stunning Italian ceremony back in 2017.

The loved-up pair have enjoyed a fairytale romance, and dated for over nine years before finally tying the knot alongside their nearest and dearest.

Singing sensation Ben shot to fame in 2014 after wowing the X Factor judges.

He went on to win the ITV talent show, battling it out against runner-up Fleur East.

The former van driver enjoyed immediate success after his debut single Something I Need, which was originally recorded by US pop band OneRepublic, shot to number one in the Christmas charts.

Despite this, two years later he cut ties with Simon Cowell ’s record label after his debut album flopped.

Since then, Ben has enjoyed more musical success by his own music on his social media channels as well as his own YouTube channel.
