Tragic influencer Ethan Is Supreme opened up about decision to get fillers at 17 just weeks before his death.

The beauty influencer, 17, was found dead over the weekend with his dad Gerald telling Fox News he believed his son had suffered a drug overdose.

Just weeks before the tragedy, Ethan - real name Ethan Peters - shared a candid Instagram post with his followers opening up about all the cosmetic procedures he'd undergone.

In a post on Instagram in July, he told his fans he'd had filler in his nose and jaw.

The social media star insisted he was not suffering from insecurities, but claimed the cosmetic tweaks saved him from FaceTuning his Instagram pictures.

He shared a picture of himself getting filler injected into his nose, and wrote: "I know this looks insane but I swear it really didn’t hurt...

"I got filler in my nose to make it look smaller and I got botox under my jaw to make my side profile/ jaw better!

"I went to @zmedispa and @belladenzi did such a fire job. I wasn’t insecure about anything honestly, I just always facetuned little things in all my pics and now I look facetuned in person."

He also shared a before and after picture to show fans the difference the injections had made to his face.

The sad news of Ethan's death was confirmed by his father Gerald, who told Fox News he found his son dead at home on Sunday morning.

He revealed he'd spoken to Ethan the previous night and told the network he thinks his son died from a drug overdose, but no official ruling on his cause of death has been released.

Gerald said: "The cancel culture we find ourself in weighed heavy on his heart.

"He wanted nothing but to inspire, make people laugh and push the boundaries of what is acceptable in our world for all young people. He was [a] kind soul, who accepted everyone for who they were."

Fellow influencer Ava Louise also wrote a post about the loss of her friend on her social media page and suggested he'd battled addiction.
