An Ellen DeGeneres lookalike said she sought therapy after the star mocked her on TV.
A video of Dawn Lutrell doing an impression of Ellen appeared on her talk show in 2018, which was ripped apart by the TV host.
Ellen, 62, laughed at the clip and said Dawn's impression was outdated.
Looking back at the clip two years on, Dawn called it "bullying" and "mean-spirited", admitting she had professional help to cope with the humiliation.
In the clip, Ellen said: "I was on the internet, I was searching how to remove red wine stains from a People's Choice award, and I'm scrolling and minding my own business and an ad popped up."
The advert was for celebrity impersonators and Ellen was intrigued and looked for her own, with Dawn popping up.
"I came across a me impersonator, I didn't know I had one but here she is," Ellen said before a picture of Dawn came on screen.
"What do you think does she look like me? I can see the hair is similar, I guess so."
Ellen then played the video of Dawn doing her impression and saying her old catchphrase "ka ka", but Ellen wasn't impressed.
She said: "I haven't done 'ka ka' for... like I did it for the first two years. Does anyone remmeber that I used to go 'ka ka'.
"That's like a 10-year-old impression, she's got to update it."
Ellen then said Dawn "tried to do some jokes", making the audience laugh.
Dawn has now admitted that she was hurt by the comments.
She told the The Telegraph that it was "very, very bullying, very mean spirited".
The lookalike admitted she sought therapy after feeling "heartbroken".
Dawn also spoke about Ellen's recent controversy, with former staff members saying her set is a "toxic" place to work.
She said: "I've always wanted Ellen to see what I've done and respect it. Now that's gone? Show me the money! Show me the money. It has nothing to do with her anymore."
