EastEnders' Louisa Lytton moves into stunning new home after cancelling wedding

EastEnders actress Louisa Lytton revealed that she was finally able to buy her first home after the COVID-19 pandemic forced the her to cancel her wedding to Ben Bhanvra

Louisa Lytton has moved into brand new home with her fiancé Ben Bhanvra after the pair were forced to cancel their summer wedding amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The EastEnders actress, 31, took to Instagram on Monday to reveal she and her beau were taking the unexpected series of events in their stride, and focusing on their next move instead.

Louisa, who plays loveable character Ruby Allen in the BBC soap, shared her optimism as she insisted that as one door closes, another opens.

The actress told her 176,000 fans that she was finally able to buy her first home after the COVID-19 pandemic forced the couple to cancel their big day.

Alongside a wholesome snap of herself and Ben grinning from ear-to-ear while sat in a massive moving truck, Louisa revealed that the last few months has left her feeling overwhelmed.

The actress admitted that she was sad to say goodbye to her ‘little flat’ which held so many precious memories, but she was also excited to move on to the next stage in her life with Ben.

“Still unpacking I honestly don't know how all of that stuff fit in our little flat.

“I feel so overwhelmed (in a good way) my flat was my baby, it looked after us during lockdown, it allowed me and the girls (@alexlouizebird @mariannaneo ) to fall in drunk after nights out, have nights in with 3BlindMice (@cartierfraseriheacho @mafromusic).

“It even had a space in the bed for @natashastonemua for a whole month whilst she held my hand and supplied lots of wine through a break up.

She continued: “It was mine and @bennnyy__ first home. Goodbye wedding (for now) Hello house ❤️

Louisa finished off the gushing post by asking her fans if they would be interested in following her home updates: “Shall I update you on the progress or are we bored of home accounts?!”

The soap star was forced to postpone her wedding in the US earlier this year due to the coronavirus crisis.

Louisa is yet to reveal when the wedding postponed wedding will take place, after her original August date was slashed.

Louisa and Ben got engaged on her 30th birthday while on holidays in the Maldives last year.
