Courteney Cox has been without her fiancé Johnny McDaid for more than 200 days.
The former Friends actress, 56, hasn't seen the Snow Patrol star since March after the coronavirus lockdown tore them apart.
Courteney said goodbye to her husband-to-be almost seven months ago when he made the decision to return to the UK to sit out the global lockdown.
Johnny flew back to the UK just one day before California issued a law any outside visitors were forbidden from entering the state.
This meant there was no way he could return to spend some quality time with the actress.
Despite the fact the pair have never been apart for so long, Courteney has insisted she’s not been too lonely without her fiancé.
The proud mum-of-one told Foy Vance on his 'Vinyl Supper' podcast and video series that being apart from Johnny has taught her some vital lessons.
“At first, I was like, wow what do I do with myself? I cook every day, I've learned to cook so much more, I've perfected it,” she explained.
“I haven't seen John in that many days, he left when the country shut down, the day before.”
Although she’s been coping without his company, there have been days where she really wishes she could be with the Snow Patrol star.
Courteney said: “Sundays are different, I miss a lot of it, although people are starting to go, "OK, people have been quarantining, everyone's safe," they like to come to the beach so I'm not that lonely.”
The star, who shares 16-year-old daughter Coco with ex-husband David Arquette is more grateful for her good friends now more than ever,
She admitted she couldn’t have got through lockdown without their company.
'I didn’t wanna be just be by myself with Coco, I'm a little chicken,” she joked.
The pair found a spark back in 2013 and soon went official with their showbiz super-romance.
The Cougar Town actress first met her love Johnny when he was living with mutual friend Ed Sheeran in Venice.
