Court decision keeps sick daughter away from family

For the last year, Justina Pelletier’s family has been fighting with the state of Massachusetts for custody of their daughter. The family says their daughter has a rare and controversial disorder with side effects including chronic fatigue and severe digestive problems. But the state took custody of the girl, essentially ruling her parents were committing child abuse by pursuing medical -- rather than mental health – treatment. Ken Macleod reports.
