Coleen Rooney's son Kit looks just like dad Wayne on family trip to LegoLand
The four-year-old looks the spitting image of dad Wayne in the cute snaps the proud mum uploaded to Instagram after an exciting day out at the kiddies theme park in Windsor, Berkshire
Coleen Rooney was all smiles as she took her son Kit, four, for a fun family day out at LegoLand.
The youngster looked just like his dad Wayne as he grinned for the camera in Coleen's sweet pictures.
Kit seemed to be loving life at LegoLand as he enjoyed the rides with his mum and his cousins.
Coleen posted cute snaps on on Instagram and captioned it: "Lovely day at Legoland with Kit and his cousins."
One picture showed them in a car ride together, with Kit behind the wheel, while in another mum and son were on a log flume.
Kit was also seen hanging out with two of his young cousins.
The family day out is sure to be a welcome break for Coleen as she prepares to head to the high court for her libel battle with Rebekah Vardy.
It was reported today that Coleen's lawyers want to be given access to Rebekah Vardy’s texts, emails and phone records as part of the court case.
Rebekah - who denied any involvement in the leak - has taken legal action against her nemesis in a bid to clear her name, suing her for libel.
A source told The Sun On Sunday: “Coleen met with her lawyers and they’ve told her they need to continue putting together more evidence.
“She needs to prove that Becky was directly responsible for the leaks or, at the very least, that the information came from her social media account. Coleen is adamant she is right, but in a legal setting the evidence she has may not be enough to cross the threshold.”
To be granted access to such information, Coleen’s team will need to apply for a court order.
Both sides are preparing for a High Court Hearing later this year before the libel trial gets underway.
It’s focused on the 2019 fall out between the pair, when Coleen sensationally accused Rebekah of being behind stories that were leaked from her private Instagram account.
Coleen set up her own sting operation to catch whoever had been passing on information from her private Instagram page to the press last year.
She posted a series of fake stories, blocked all her followers apart from Rebekah's account and then sprung a gotcha post online when the hoax posts made their way into the papers.
Rebekah vehemently denied she was behind the leaks, insisting a number of people had access to her Instagram page.
She subsequently threatened to sue for libel – while Coleen threatened she would countersue for breach of privacy.
After Coleen's post last October, Rebekah released a statement to strenuously deny she was behind the leak.
Rebekah wrote: "I wish you had called me if you thought this.
"I never speak to anyone about you as various journalists who have asked me to over the years can vouch for.
"I'm not being funny but I don't need the money, what would I gain from selling stories on you?...
"I liked you a lot Coleen & I'm so upset that you have chosen to do this."
