Christine Quinn became a phenomenon when she appeared on Netflix's lockdown hit Selling Sunset.
The reality star, 32, built her reputation as the queen bee on the TV series, proving to be a huge fan favourite.
But over the three seasons, fans have noticed how different she looks to the first ever time she appeared behind the camera.
She's been hit with plastic surgery claims on Twitter since the show became a viral hit, but has never commented on the rumours.
Selling Sunset fans have a love-hate relationship with the sassiest agent of The Oppenheim Group because she doesn't sugar-coat her words.
She is so honest that at one point in the first season of the reality series, she openly confessed to having a boob job.
Christine revealed "nothing about me is fake except my boobs".
Along with her breast enlargement, a top surgeon has suggested Christine has undergone some minor tweaks to enhance her facial features, especially as she's frequently on the telly.
It's thought that the star has had some dermal filler procedures, particularly on her cheekbones.
A surgeon at MYA Cosmetic Surgery told Mirror Online: "Christine has lost (what I would refer to as) her 'smile lines' that run naturally from the nose to the side of the mouth.
"This can be achieved by injecting dermal filler directly in the lines if they are deep but in Christine's case, it is more likely by adding the dermal filler down the cheekbone area to lift the line and also create a more defined cheekbone.
"This non-surgical procedure replaces soft tissue while filling in wrinkles and skin folds. Fillers can range in price depending on the area and amount used - between £150 and £500 per session."
The professional also believes Christine has had Botox injections to achieve smooth, wrinkle-free skin.
"In my professional opinion, I believe Christine may have undergone anti-wrinkle injections, often referred to as Botox, to her forehead to help lift the brows and open up her eyes. Her eyebrows appear slightly lifted and arched compared to previous images," the surgeon continued.
Christine could also have had rhinoplasty surgery to reshape the structure of her nose and create a thinner illusion, which could have put her out of pocket by anything between £6,000 and £10,000.
The professional said: "Christine may have undergone a rhinoplasty (the surgical name for nose reshaping surgery) procedure.
"Her nose appears thinner across the bridge of her nose and the tip. A nose changing shape in such a way could only be achieved through surgery rather than contouring.
"The results of the procedure are very natural and still in-keeping with the proportions of Christine's face."
The cost of a rhinoplasty procedure ultimately depends on many different physiological factors, the techniques used and the surgeon.
They typically range anything from £6,000 to £10,000.
The telly star has already admitted to having a boob job, but the surgeon thinks Christine requested to have "rounder breasts" to suit her petite frame.
They shared: "It is possible that Christine has undergone a surgical breast enlargement. A breast enlargement aims to increase the size, shape, or fullness of the breast using an implant.
"I would assume that Christine may have requested fully rounder breasts whilst keeping in proportion to her frame. This can be achieved in many ways depending on the patient's current breast tissue and surgeon recommendation with the choice of implant shape, size, and placement of the implants during surgery."
The average price of this procedure is £5,000 to £6,000.
Finally, Christine may have had lip injections, which can cost up to £1,000 per treatment.
"I believe it is possible that Christine has had a subtle amount of non-surgical lip fillers. Her upper lip looks fuller and has a more defined shape than in previous images," the surgeon added.
The average cost of lip fillers can range depending on the provider and how much filler is used, but you can expect to pay between £200 to £1,000 per treatment.
Mirror Online has contacted Christine's representative for comment.
