Chrissy Teigen put aside her recent family tragedy behind her to join husband John Legend for an emotionally charged performance.
The 34-year-old model had returned to social media in the past week after losing her baby with John last month and they were both on stage in support of the Democrats with the US presidential election looming large.
Their children also stood on stage before John, 41, sang ahead of words by Democratic US vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Chrissy wrapped her arms around her husband as he sang for the audience in a poignant moment after recent events.
They were not the only celebrities that had turned out in the area in support of Joe Biden's bid to replace Donald Trump as president.
Lady Gaga also supported Biden's bid in the the key state of Pennsylvania before the day was closed out with a drive-in rally in Pittsburgh, the city that Biden launched his campaign in 18 months ago.
Taking to the stage to the sound of Childish Gambino's This is America, Gaga pleaded for voters to boot President Trump out of office.
"I know you've seen the polls," she said. "The record number of early and mail in votes.
"It's tempting to feel comfortable and confident and sit back, but now is not the time to feel confident and sit back."
"Now is the time to show up and vote like this country depends on it, because it does," she added.
"And to all the women, and all the men with daughters and sisters and mothers. Everybody, no matter how you identify.
"Now is your chance to vote against Donald Trump, a man who believes his fame gives him the right to grab one of your daughters or sisters or mothers or wives by any part of their bodies."
She finished her speech by saying, simply: "Vote for Joe. He's a good person. Thankyou."
