Carol Vorderman has changed so much since she made her debut on Countdown a whopping 38 years ago - but has somehow barely aged.
She's always had both brains and beauty, and at 59, she's as stunning as ever.
Carol looks very different to how she did in 1982 when she was the first woman to appear on the brand new Channel 4, alongside the first man, Richard Whiteley.
The star, who last night presented the Daily Mirror's Pride Of Britain Awards, shared an epic throwback picture of her Countdown debut as she wished the broadcaster a happy birthday.
Carol shared a post by Twitter account TV Live, which alongside a picture of the star, penned: "#OnThisDay 1982: @carolvorders makes her television debut as the vital statistician on Channel 4's Countdown."
Carol added: "Happy Birthday @Channel4.....38 years ago today Countdown was the first show & Whiters and I became the first man and woman on the Channel and then delivered 26 years of happy service .....#HappyDays #WeCelebratedHard #WeLovedCountdowners"
In the old snap, Carol wore minimal make up and had a shoulder-length hair style of bouncy curls that was the height of style back then.
Her locks were her natural brunette and she was wearing a camel-coloured blouse as she smiled for her publicity shot.
She's barely aged a day since.
As she hosted last night's awards on ITV, Carol's hair fell much further down her shoulders, was straight and dyed blonde.
She still kept her make up classy and minimalist, but went all out with her stunning gown for the glitzy event.
Of course, the ceremony was very different to previous years, with Carol hosting from outside the Royal Hospital Chelsea rather than leading a star-studded event at Grosvenor House.
Carol stunned in a sparkling blue top with long sleeves to shoo away the winter chill and a satin skirt that added that extra touch of elegance.
After seeing her tweet, one of Carol's followers joked: "Will you be invited to Channel 4's big 40 party? 2022 seems a great year where Covid restrictions maybe eased somewhat I don't hold out much hope for 2021 but 2022 seems a better option, and I'm sure there will be a slice of the big 40 cake just for you Carol"
She laughed: "Doubtful for some strange reason but I'd like a bit of cake"
