Cara De La Hoyde strips to underwear for photoshoot nine days after giving birth

The new mum-of-two was looking incredible as she headed back to work for a photoshoot days after she spoke on the realities of motherhood

Cara De La Hoyde has been praised for a body confident Instagram post just nine days after giving birth to her second child.

The former Love Island star, who welcomed a daughter last week, was happy to be photographed in her underwear to tease her latest project.

Revealing she is back to work already, hands on mum Cara was sporting some very glamorous make-up as she took part in a photoshoot in a lavish bathroom.

"9 days later this is me ❤️ Great day today shooting something very exciting," teased Cara in the caption.

The star then posed up a storm in her beige bra and white knickers, with her raven curls flowing down to her waist.

Cara's celebrity mummy pals were quick to comment on how well she was looking.

"You look incredible xxx" said fellow mum to two Amy Childs.

"Go girl. Stunning," added Jacqueline Jossa, who shares two children with hubby Dan Osborne.

Cara's fellow Love Island BFF Olivia Bowen declared her "So beautiful."

While Cara's husband Nathan Massey joked: "Piff bruv," followed by a red love heart.

It comes just days after Cara told her followers she was 'absolutely shattered' as she spoke about the realities of motherhood.

The mum said she was dealing with 'bleeding, back ache, sore nipples & still looking pregnant '

"No one tells you these bits (but it’s so worth it )," she added.

A week ago, Cara's husband of a year Nathan stood outside Darent Valley Hospital shortly after the pair welcomed the daughter where he spoke emotionally about what a 'trooper' his wife had been during the birth.

He called his wife 'a legend' saying : You delivered our baby safe and sound !!! What a trooper you are !!! Hats off to all the pregnant women I salute you x " before thanking the midwives and NHS staff.
