Love Island winner Cara De La Hoyde has opened up about married life and motherhood with husband Nathan Massey and says being proud parents of two has left them too tired to be intimate.
The 30-year-old TV star won Love Island with 31-year-old Nathan back in 2016 during the second season of the reality romance show.
And the pair have been one of the success stories of the ITV series having tied the knot in 2019, welcomed their son, Freddie, in 2017, and daughter Delilah in July this year.
Getting candid about her relationship with Nathan – who works as a stonemason – Cara said the hectic world of parenting has left them not spending as much time together just themselves.
Speaking to Fabulous magazine, Cara explained: “We’re not even sleeping in the same bed because Delilah is in our room with me. Nathan sleeps in Fred’s room so he won’t get woken up and be a zombie at work the next day.”
She added: “I can’t remember the last time we were on our own. My libido’s gone anyway – I’m too tired.”
The reality show babe also opened up about the changes her body has been through since welcoming her two babies.
She explained: “I’m never going to have a totally flat stomach, I’m always gonna have a little pouch and the skin is going to be a bit saggy. My bum is never going to be as pert.
“My boobs are probably never going to be as “perfect”, but I’m fine with that. Nathan still finds me sexy.”
Meanwhile, Cara revealed she has patched up her friendship with fellow Love Island season 2 contestants Olivia and Alex Bowen – who were runners up on the show and wed in 2018.
Cara had been due to be one of Olivia’s bridesmaids, but was sacked from the position and didn’t attend the ceremony.
However, Cara says she has reconnected with her friend during lockdown.
