After the birth of her second addition to the family, a baby boy, it sounds like Brie Bella is done having kids! As it turns out, the Total Bellas star had her tubes tied, a decision she and her husband Daniel Bryan took together after serious discussions on the topic.
Fans know that twins Brie and Nikki Bella welcomed baby boys only a day away from each other, but while Nikki is a first-time mother and is likely to want more children in the future, Brie has a daughter and a son now, and that’s all she’s ever wanted!
That being said, Brie opened up her choice to get her tubes tied on the latest episode of The Bellas Podcast.
‘I don’t know if I told people, but I got my [fallopian] tubes cut out. Yep, this mama ain’t having any more babies,’ Brie told Nikki on the podcast.
She went on to also update listeners on her healing process after the surgery, saying that the incision is now ‘doing a lot better…I am still a little swollen on one side…So, I think the swelling took a little bit longer on my right side [since] that’s kind of where they tied it up.’
As you know, Brie and her husband, Daniel, welcomed their second bundle of joy, Buddy Dessert, on August 1, just a day after Nikki also welcomed her own son named Matteo.
As mentioned before, Brie is also the mother of a 3-year-old daughter named Birdie Joe.
This is not the first time the mother of two opens up about her plans to stop having kids.
She previously told PEOPLE that ‘For a while, I was thinking I was just gonna have one. Then, when Buddy came into our lives, it just made it all feel perfect. But I’m like, ‘That’s it for me. That’s good.’’
