Chrissy Teigen put on a brave face as she stepped out with husband John Legend for the first time since tragically losing their baby son.
The former model, 34, has been laying low since the devastating news, but is finally starting to get back to her normal self as she continues to cope with the loss.
Chrissy and John - who tied the knot back in 2013 - headed out to grab some groceries in their first appearance together following the sad news.
Looking glam as always, Chrissy opted for a brown dress which she teamed with tall boots of the same colour.
The pair wore black face masks as Chrissy went the extra mile and concealed her face with statement shades.
Meanwhile John, 41, opted for a colourful approach, wearing a rainbow polo shirt with a pair of jeans and some trainers.
The pair purchased some Halloween-themed balloons as well as bags of food in a bid to lift the spirits in their household at this time.
Chrissy's outing comes just days following her return to social media after the sad news.
She commented on an Instagram post shared by an account called Betches Media which shares lighthearted content.
A post about beauty care amid the ongoing pandemic brought a smile to the model following the tragic news that her baby son, named Jack, had passed away at the end of last month.
The post was a re-posting of a tweet reading: “Just booked an eyebrow waxing appointment and I’m excited I’ll be wearing a mask so I don’t have to hear ‘moustache too?’”
Appreciating the humour, Chrissy commented: “Finally, a giggle. Thank you.”
At the end of September, Chrissy revealed on social media that she and her husband, singer John Legend, had lost their third child following difficulties in the pregnancy.
Sharing heartbreaking images of herself and John cradling their son, Jack, Chrissy wrote on Instagram: “We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before.
“We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.
“We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital. But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack."
She added: “So he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever.”
Chrissy and John have two other children – four-year-old daughter, Luna, and two-year-old son, Miles.
