Just like anyone else in a competition, Artem Chigvintsev wants to win Dancing with the Stars but as far as he is concerned, there is something special he wants to do if he does win! Apparently, the dance pro would love to win the Mirrorball Trophy so that he can put in in his newborn son, Matteo’s nursery!
That’s right! As fans know, Artem and Nikki Bella are the new parents of a baby boy and at this time, the man is mostly away from his fiancée and their bundle of joy since he is back on the set of DWTS.
However, he wants to make his time on the show count and end up winning with his new partner Kaitlyn Bristowe.
After Monday night’s season premiere, Artem is already thinking of the big mirrorball trophy and how great it would look in Matteo’s room!
Following the show, he chatted with ET, teasing that ‘It went by so fast, I’ll be honest with you, I don’t remember parts of that performance, blackout.’
Regardless, his fiancée, Nikki Bella and their son, Matteo were the perfect cheerleaders for him so all was well in the end.

He is like, ‘Go, Daddy, get ’em,’’ Artem went on to share.
At that point, it was suggested he should hang the mirrorball trophy, if he wins, of course, over Matteo’s crib and Artem was all for that idea, revealing that he was thinking the same thing!
‘I was just saying the same thing to Nicole, it’s like, the only thing that is missing on the crib is the mirrorball,’ the dancer gushed.
