Andi Peters' stint on Lorraine ended today.
And the TV host - who has been fronting the ITV show whilst Lorraine Kelly took her summer holiday - was pranked by the show's crew on his final show, much to the amusement of the behind-the-scene workers.
As the star, 50, wrapped up Friday's episode and said goodbye to people tuning in he was left in darkness as the studio lights were turned off.
The dramatic TV favourite then pretended he was annoyed by flinging his arms in the air and storming off as the credits rolled.
After the scenes aired, the Lorraine Twitter account shared the clip of the funny moment and penned: "We couldn't let @andipeters go before winding him up one last time. Thanks for brightening up our mornings on #Lorraine these past two weeks, Andi."
Under the post, a number of fans commented on how much they liked Andi - who usually hosts the competition segments on the talk show - being the main host.
One person typed: "He's such a sweetie, can you find him a space on the show? There's more to him than competition announcements."
A second added: "Love him...had me laughing every morning...good to see someone with a sense of humour."
Others echoed: "Fantastic 2 weeks. Please let him stay. Brightened up my mornings" and "Just a joy. Will miss @andipeters bought sunshine to our mornings."
Over the past two-weeks, Andi has been the first man to host the show in a decade.
Last month, Andi expressed his excitement over his new role as he told the Mirror : "I love Lorraine, I’ve known her for ten years, I’m on her show every day with competitions and it’s great to be part of that family. So, sitting in for her is an honour, Lorraine is an institution.
"As much as I adore always giving away money on the competition slots, I’m looking forward to chatting to people and having a whole hour to actually relax into it. I’m a bit of a chatterbox. I’ll enjoy having guests on, who want to have a bit of a chinwag and also to be able to do some serious stuff.
"I am happy and jolly, and that will always be there, but obviously I do have an opinion. The good thing about ITV Daytime is that we are allowed to have opinions.
"We are not censored in that way, we are allowed to bring them to the table. I can’t wait to see how guests react to that. I’m genuinely really excited.”
