Amber Heard Delivers Heartfelt Speech Following Closure Of Depp’s Lawsuit Against The Sun

Johnny Depp’s legal battle against The Sun, the newspaper from the United Kingdom, has been very revealing on a number of fronts. The court dispute has seen much of the former couple’s relationship problems and altercations laid out for all to see.

On Tuesday, Amber Heard stood outside of the United Kingdom courthouse to talk about the “incredibly painful” case, which she says combed through some of the more “traumatic” experiences she had with the actor.

Heard, who is now 34-years-old, says she had nothing to do with the case, in the sense that it was more about Depp filing a suit against The Sun for libel, rather than an attack on her personally. Regardless, Heard said before the people in the crowd, “I stand by my testimony.”

According to Heard, the court case against The Sun regarding the 2018 article that called him a “wife-beater” was a waste of taxpayer money. The actress went on to say that she just wanted to move on from their 2016 relationship, and would’ve preferred to not go to the UK.

According to The Post, many people shouted “justice for Johnny” as Amber spoke at the courthouse, with a few individuals even booing her as she delivered her speech. Thus far, the outlet noted, Depp has been greeted by screaming fans.

As it was noted above, Depp’s case against The Sun has seen the revelation of many personal and intimate details from the actor’s marriage to the Aquaman actress. For instance, Sasha Wass, The Sun’s lawyer, accused Johnny of abusing small animals for fun.

Sasha said before the court that Mr. Depp grabbed Amber’s tiny dog and dangled it outside the window of a moving vehicle. Furthermore, Amber once threw the actor’s iPhone outside of a hotel window which then had to be retrieved by a security guard.

The security guard said he and Amber found the phone using the “Find My iPhone” application. A homeless man had picked it up and demanded a hefty fee of $425US for it, as well as a number of random food items such as chicken tacos and bottles of water.
