Amber Heard 's sister Whitney Henriquez has claimed she was booted out of the free apartment she was living in after being accused of selling pictures of the actress' wedding to Johnny Depp.
Heard, 34, returned to London's High Court today for her fourth day giving evidence in Depp 's libel case against News Group Newspapers.
Depp, 57, is suing NGN over a story published in The Sun in 2018 which branded him a "wife beater" - a claim which he strenuously denies.
Heard finished her turn in the witness box today and her sister Whitney was called to give evidence.
During her testimony, she was asked about her relationship with the former couple and said she got on well with her sister's husband at first.
She also described Heard as one of her "best friends" but admitted they were estranged in 2015 because of a row over the couple's wedding pictures.
Henriquez told the court she had been living rent-free at an apartment owned by Depp but was asked to leave after she was accused of selling wedding pictures to the press.
She told the court: "I fell out with both of them."
Henriquez denied being responsible for selling the pictures, but said her sister "believed it at the time."
She added: "I think she was hurt. I don't think she was angry."
In her witness statement, which was presented to the court today, Henriquez stated: "Johnny accused me of leaking and selling stories to the about him and Amber to my friend, Sara Kitnick, who is a journalist and was then writing for People magazine.
"In fact, she was tipping me off about stories that other media outlets were going to publish about Johnny and Amber’s upcoming wedding and warned me that other people were going to send helicopters over the wedding and things like this.
"It was not true that I was giving or selling her information, but Johnny used my relationship with Sara to accuse me of selling stories to the media. Amber believed him and was devastated.
"I was upset that she believed Johnny over me, and there was a long period in 2015 when I was estranged from Amber and Johnny because of this."
She claims she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and move out of the apartment where she was living rent-free, which was owned by Depp.
Henriquez said she refused to sign the document, but moved out of the apartment.
Depp has denied he was ever violent towards his ex-wife and has accused her of abusing him during their marriage.
Lawyers for NGN are defending their case based on Heard's 14 allegations of abuse, which include claims of bust-ups between 2013 and 2016.
The actor has argued his ex-wife was abusive towards him during the marriage, which collapsed in 2016.
