An old interview with singing sensation Adele has resurfaced - in which she pours scorn on going to the gym and cutting down the pub nights.
The 32 year old continues to stun fans with occasional glimpses at her hugely impressive seven stone weight loss.
But back in 2011, during an interview with Q magazine, she broached the topic and declared in no uncertain terms that she had no interest.
"I'm a size 16, normal," she told the publication.
"I wouldn't encourage anyone to be unhealthy overweight just as much as I wouldn't encourage a f***ing Ralph Lauren model to suck on ice when she feels like fainting.
"I've got a lot of things on my to-do list and that's right at the bottom; when I can squeeze in time I don't want to go to the f***ing gym, I want to go the pub with my mates.
"I can't be bothered. It's not even lazy, it's just other things thrill me in life."
She went on the detail her pub trips, including her tipple - usually red wine, but she wasn't fussy about which kind.
Adele's Instagram lit up recently with the adoring comments of dumbstruck fans as they got a good look at her weight loss.
Her weight loss journey began shortly after her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki last year, with whom she shares son Angelo.
She was said to have wanted to make a change in her life when she became single again, embarking on a gruelling exercise and diet regimen.
While it's never been confirmed how much she's lost exactly, it's thought to be around seven stone.
It's even rumoured she had a helping hand from music biz pal Harry Styles, who showed her all his favourite hiking routes about California's sunny Malibu.
